Fuego Troika Sky Dining

Fuego - A modern South American restaurant & bar located overlooking the central KL skyline. It is an enchanting mid-sized restaurant/sky bar which serves quality food with decent view.

I'm always up for great food and ambiance, so Fuego is definitely on my TOP list for a Saturday date with K.
We arrived with a reservation table near the glass railing which gives us unimpeded view of KLCC.

Grilled king prawn with parsley and wasabi butter gratin

Soft shell crab as nachos

The Fuego guacamole is a great entree with fresh diced avocado, tomato, cilantro, garlic, green chilli and lime

with feta, lemon yoghurt and garlic confit

Meaty goodness at Fuego

The first bite was like...."Ahhh....!!"

The lamb ribs are extremely tender and flavorful which make good eating right off the bone!

The meals are served at low key tables on an open air verandah half way up the building with an amazing skyline view

Fuego serves Spanish tapas with a twist !
We were impressed by the prompt and courteous service and will surely visit this bar again!
