Durian Farm Visit
Penang island - a hilly landscaped and proximity to the sea is conducive to durian farming. The best time to enjoy durians is from June to July. It is an honour to be invited to the durian orchard in Teluk Kumbar for the launching of Hong Durian (鸿榴莲). This durian is named after Chef Chen Hong - a popular Taiwanese celebrity chef.

A rich, creamy texture with a slightly alcoholic and highly complex flavour pronounced aroma on the nose |
Chef Hong told the crowd a joke by saying that people always use hands to eat durians because they wanted to show off the sparkling diamond ring they are wearing. Lmao |
Chef Park ( a chef from Korea) opened up the durian with ease |

Different expressions fr the handsome chefs |
My passion for durians can be defined by an act of love.
The anticipation of sinking my teeth into rich, and creamy durian thrilled me immensely..especially the mild, alcoholic kick!
