Macau •۰Day 3۰•

Think Macau and I start salivating over the thought of diving into the most heavenly egg tarts.
After 2 days in HK, we proceed our journey to Macau.

We took MTR -> Sheung Wan (上环信德中心港澳码头)turbo jet to Macau.
When I reached Macau, I had my mind fixed on eating egg tarts for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our first stop -
Margaret's Cafe
we ordered portuguese egg tarts, blueberry cheesecake and a piece of carrot cake *i cant remember y i ordered the carrot cake! ROFL
When I did finally lay my eager hands on the tarts, it felt like embracing a lover I had pined for all my life.
Rich and wobbly with patches of burnished brown custard encased in semi-sweet pastry that was light, flaky and crumbly, the sweet fragrance of the tart alone made me want to kiss the hands that created this scrumptious dessert.
After checked in to Ole London Hotel, off we go to 大三巴!
议事亭前地
Virgin Mary Rose Church - 圣母玫瑰堂
Ruins of St. Paul's -大三巴牌坊
The tower behind is the Grand Lisboa Hotel
Fortaleza do Monte - 大炮台
After the long journey, the stomach started growling! So, we headed to Taipa for the famous Pork Chop Bun
大利来记咖啡室
salivating pork chop bun - $20 each
curry fish ball $ 22 per bowl
Chupp! Coca- cola ;p
After the super heavy lunch, we headed to The Venetian..this reminded me of the Korean movie Boys over Flower.

Hey, look what I've found here...Glory..Glory Man United...
ahha..Z's the faithful MU fans..
Well, we din gamble much in the casino as the saying goes 十赌九输! I prefer to spend all my $$ for shopping rather than gamble..:)
We went for the famous desserts - Serrdura before dinner.
the original flavour
we had the Portuguese style dinner HERE!

clams (“Bulhao  pato” style)
The fattening dish - 烧乳猪
Portuguese Cheeeesy Chicken - SluuuurrP!
Seafood is obviously in abundance in Macau and another peculiar dish that is familiar and yet strange is the Posta de Peixe Grelhada (Curry Crab) *drooling!
This rice serves well with the curry crab...
Alas! Such is the allure of this temptress.
Total bill - $ 578

Well...well...well...this is the end of the Macau story :)
P O R T U G U E S E EGG TARTS, still as sensational as ever ! If i did hv my way, I'd live on those alone...
