BLVD is an attentively furnished restaurant strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city. The ambience was casual but refined. Everything was intricately designed and displayed. What attracted me to visit this restaurant was actually their ENTRANCE – the dark timber revolving doors .

The highlight of the meal was the famous BEAN CAN CHICKEN !

It was a BBQ roasted chicken, flopped on a bean can and flammed with vodka right in front of your eyes. Yes, it was just like a private table show -- CHICKEN, set aflameon your table. I was genuinely astounded by the power of the flame. The chicken was then brought to the kitchen to chop into quarters, then served alongside homemade baked beans and coleslaw. The meat was well marinated, so tender and juicy.

Oozing Ovomaltine Beignets & Vanilla Cinnamon Sugar at RM20.

Beignet is a pastry made from deep-fried choux pastry. It tastes just like doughnut.

Those beignet bits were soft and fluffy which demand your undivided attention. The powdered sugar was the perfect touch of sweetness. Served fresh and hot. Enjoy every bites with luscious crunchy malty pieces and cocoa that will tease your tastebuds.

The house-made Salted Caramel Gelato enhances the ice cream with a burst of cinnamon-sugar. This blend of ground cinnamon and rich vanilla is irresistible!!! 

A perfect way to pair with the hot beignets.

The restaurant's elegant interior with beautiful monotone mosaics. So cozy that I could spend my whole afternoon here.

Lovely ambiance and perfect lighting.

The cappuccino has a strong coffee flavour and a velvety smooth mouth feel -- not heavy, not bitter, just muscular in its flavor.

Staff here has always been nice and quick to take my order and make it accordingly.

Overall we were satisfied with our meal and the only thing that would stop us from coming back is the price.
